The personal data may include, but is not restricted to: your name, postal address, email address and phone number. If you are a supplier it will include your bank details so that we can pay you.

How We Will Use Your Personal Data
We will use your personal data to carry out our obligations arising from any contract or other business transaction we enter into with you. We will not use it to ‘mailshot’ you, but may contact you regarding specific corporate events which we are sponsoring, or to which we are inviting selected guests.

We will not share your personal data with any third party, unless legally obliged to do so. We may share your personal data within our group, meaning the holding company, its subsidiaries, and joint venture businesses.
How Long We Will Retain Your Personal Data
We will only keep your personal data for as long as it is required for the purposes set out above. If our business relationship has come to an end and, after twelve months, there is no prospect of it resuming, we will ensure that your personal data is no longer retained.
